A basic engagement gets two versions of the following
Resume recommendations that include a) new narratives/bio blurb for that frame what you bring around your best combinations of skills that meet marketplace needs b) recommended reorganization of your resume to most strongly backup your new narrative c) general recommendations for emphasizing your accomplishments
Links to a) job listings that match the type of job you are seeking or b) specialized job listing sites geared toward the roles you are seeking or c) links to the types of roles that could be hiring for the roles you want
Instructions on how to use your new narrative and your top experiences to nail an “elevator pitch” or frame your answers to initial questions in an interview

We don’t rewrite your entire resume for you. We provide the direction and some specific text. But we recommend that a) people use their own voice b) clients do some customization to their resumes for each job they apply to c) Automated online tools for ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization are better and faster than we would be at that task. We’re working on an automated process to make is easy to capture the information you share and streamline the process, but we’re not there yet. -
We don’t focus on a generic list of skills and experiences but seek to DEMONSTRATE and EXPLAIN why your combination of skills and experiences best meet hiring managers’ needs
We want to understand the client at a deeper level than their resume so we can recommend options that EXCITE clients, not just provide a potential paycheck (though that is important too!) In the survey we ask about skills clients most want to use in future gigs and what skills they DO NOT want to use.
We ask people to rank priorities like impact, salary, growth potential, and we ask people about their favorite skills outside of work and what do people around them ask them for help in doing.
The interview helps us understand what lights people up when they talk about times they’ve leverages skills in their work and it enables us to probe further into details and examples of success than an automated online service can.
By exploring the entirety of what a client brings to the table we can create compelling stories of strengths that clients often don’t realize they have.
